Although we doubt you will be disappointed, you are covered by our 60‑Day Love‑It Guarantee. If you don’t love your artwork, email crew@burntheboats.art for a prepaid label* and full refund of the purchase price.
*For international orders, the customer pays for return shipping.

We proudly offer a 60-Day Love-It Guarantee. This means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund of your purchase price. To be eligible for a return, your item must not be damaged.
Items damaged during shipping are NOT subject to the “60-day Love-it Guarantee” and should be processed as a “Damaged” item. See our Shipping & Delivery page on returning damaged items.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions for returning your packaged artwork. It is a pretty simple process – just give us a day or two to get started on your return.- If are located in the United States, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label.
- If you are located outside of the U.S., you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank & Credit Card refund processing times may vary.
Shipping and handling, duties and optional shipping upgrades are non-refundable.

Need a different size? Submit your return and wait for return acceptance. Initiate a new order in your preferred size.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong the item.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
